Brilliant, unforgettable experience from beginning to end. Karolina was super-responsive to emails and all the logistical arrangements went like clockwork. Safety is paramount– we were taken all the way up to the take-off site for the Ohrid city flight and then told we could not fly due to the weather conditions – and sure enough, 15 minutes later the weather worsened. Our flight was re-scheduled to the next day, from the mountain by Struga, instead. By then, my nerves had escalated, but the team of pilots couldn’t have been nicer and they exude competence – thank you so much to Sasha, who was so calm, kind, and I think realised that the best way to manage a nervous person is just to get on with it with a minimum of fuss – and I was the first in our group to take -off! As soon as I was in the air, the nerves vanished and I hugely enjoyed the 15 minute flight. The GoPro output was received a few hours later (check your junk inbox as my email went there) and I must thank Sasha again, for expertly taking over control of the GoPro on occasion to get some cool shots and video of the landing! I would encourage anyone who would like to do this, but their nerves are holding them back, just to do it – you will love it and feel great afterwards too.
This is super amazing! How did someone like me who is so afraid of roller coaster and other attractions in a theme park that involves riding and heights, even enjoyed this?!? I can’t even stand on a viewing deck of any high areas 🥴 but hey! I managed to do this and even enjoyed ☺️ Big thanks to the team 👍🏼👍🏼 They are super friendly, accomodating and will make sure that you stay calm and trust them. Surely off our bucket list with so much fun 🥰 what we also like the most is that these people are genuinely helpful. Igor took care of our daughter while we are on the sky because she cannot do the paragliding yet. I even made a separate vlog for Paragliding Ohrid on our YT Channel De Dollies TV as my way of thanking them for making our trip to Lake Ohrid a very unforgettable one.
